The ceviche is bomb, best I've had up here in Prescott area. The crème brute is a must and I highly suggest reservations as it gets packed. The house margarita is also amazing and the goat cheese balls are an absolute must to start off.

A group of us visited Prescott, Arizona for a concert. We made an entire weekend out of it and stayed at a nearby AirBnB. For our first night, we made reservations at El Gato and it was a fantastic decision. To dine inside would be to rob yourself of the fine patio seating they have in the front and out back. I feel the best place to sit is on the back patio as there are trees and other plants that give it a great vibe. I strongly encourage making reservations as this place is busy! They have a wonderful selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. The menu contains a section of tapas as well as main dishes. Our group had a great time ordering several tapas and getting to try a lot of different things. So good! One person in our group ordered the Jammin' Tri Tipand Mac and it was absolutely fantastic. All of their dishes are prepared fresh to order, and given the fact that this place is very popular it is best to have some patience during peak times.

Thanks to the positive Yelp reviews, I found this place to have dinner last night, with family! It was packed when we arrived, and we were immediately greeted. We snagged a table, and looked at the wide selection of their menu. Our server, Kyle, did a great job accommodating us. This place was definitely a casual scene. I decided to try the Tri Tip and Macaroni and Cheese entree. We started out with a small delicious side salad. My entree was flavorful and phenomenal! I highly recommend you try it! This fun atmosphere was also very lively! Do make table reservations, ahead, like we did! Food didn't disappoint! The entree portions were perfect sized. I will definitely return when I visit the area. Highly recommended! 5 Stars, all the way! Cheers and enjoy!!!
